Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be in writing. Cancellations received by November 1, 2019 will be charged a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after November 1, 2019, as well as Conference no-shows, will forfeit the full registration fee. Refunds are processed after the conference.
